Your emulator will now be ready to play Project X Zone rom. After, double click the citra-setup-windows.exe file in order to start the emulator. 7z file to a location, for example your Desktop. An odd quirk in the Hong Kong eshop: You'll receive a download code via email (also available from your account page on the Hong Kong eshop) that you then have to enter on the Switch to download the game. When I tried to check out, I did receive an error message asking me to call my bank to confirm that the purchase wasn't fraud: I did so (it took about five minutes), and then was able to retry the transaction. You'll be able to play any games you purchase and download with this account on your main account, not to worry. Create a new account on your Switch and set its region to Hong Kong. (I couldn't get it to work with my Mastercard, for whatever reason.) Coincidentally, I did exactly this to buy Super Robot Wars V yesterday. Sorry to necro post, but I thought it was worth pointing out that it's pretty easy to set up a Hong Kong eshop account and check out using a Visa card.
